Analecta Papyrologica è una rivista peer-reviewed.
I contributi pervenuti al Direttore e al Condirettore entro i termini descritti nella prassi editoriale, sono esaminati dagli stessi per una prima valutazione finalizzata ad accertare la corrispondenza dei contenuti ai campi di ricerca su cui si basa la Rivista. Il Direttore, insieme al Condirettore, procede quindi ad inoltrare i contributi in forma anonima ad almeno due studiosi di comprovata competenza sui temi da essi affrontati, sentito eventuale parere del Comitato Scientifico sulla scelta dei nomi, anche attraverso riunioni telematiche (skype). I revisori fanno quindi pervenire i loro giudizi ai Direttori in forma libera: o nel corpo della mail, o con una scheda allegata, o con correzioni puntuali sui manoscritti sia in formato elettronico che cartaceo, esprimendo parere totalmente favorevole, favorevole solo dopo correzioni (che devono essere suggerite puntualmente) o parere sfavorevole alla pubblicazione, motivando ciascun giudizio. Il Direttore insieme al Condirettore discute i risultati con tutto o con la parte del Comitato Scientifico competente di ciascun settore. Una volta accolto il contributo, il Direttore o il Condirettore comunicano agli autori l’accettazione del contributo, insieme alle eventuali indicazioni suggerite dai valutatori anonimi.
Analecta Papyrologica is a peer-reviewed Journal.
Contributions submitted to the Director and the co-Director within the deadlines described in the editorial procedure, will be examined by the same for a first evaluation, aimed at ensuring the correspondence of the contents with the research fields on which the Journal is based. The Director, together with the co-Director, will thereafter proceed to relay the submissions in anonymous form to at least two different scholars of proven competence on the subject in question, taking into account the point of view of the Scientific Committee with respect to the chosen names, if necessary via videoconference (Skype). The Reviewers thereafter will send their judgment to the Direction in the manner they see fit: either in the body of the e-mail, or in an attached document, or with specific corrections to the manuscripts both in electronic or paper form, expressing their opinion – either favourable, favourable only after corrections (which must be suggested punctually) or unfavourable to publication – and justifying their evaluation. The Director, together to the co-Director, will discuss the results with all or with a part of the Scientific Committee competent in each sector. Once the submission has been accepted, the Director and the co-Director will communicate their acceptance to the Authors, along with any suggested indications on the part of the anonymous evaluators.
