- I potenziali collaboratori sono invitati a inviare gli articoli, da sottoporre all’attenzione della Rivista, al direttore o al condirettore o entrambi, perché siano sottoposti a valutazione (in procedura double blind peer-review). Per la pubblicazione nell’anno in corso, ciascun autore è tenuto ad inviare il manoscritto entro il 31 marzo. In casi particolari i Direttori, di concerto con il Comitato Scientifico, possono decidere di accettare i contributi nel numero dell’annata in corso, oltre la data prefissata, a patto che non pregiudichino la regolarità annuale della pubblicazione.
- Una volta ricevuti i pareri dei revisori, i collaboratori, il cui lavoro è stato giudicato adatto alla pubblicazione, verranno invitati ad adeguare gli articoli secondo i suggerimenti e le correzioni dei revisori (fermo restando il diritto eventualmente di dissentire da suggerimenti non ritenuti corretti) e le norme editoriali della Rivista e di rimandare il testo in versione finale ultima per l’impaginazione in formato word (di preferenza .doc) e in pdf. entro 15 giorni.
- In presenza di eventuali riproduzioni da inserire nel testo, ogni riproduzione dovrà essere in file autonomo di buona qualità e in formato .tiff.
- Unitamente al testo gli autori sono invitati a compilare e firmare la liberatoria, nella quale dichiarano di aver preso visione, di accettare le condizioni in essa riportate (relative al numero di bozze, al diritto d’autore e alla policy di diffusione del proprio articolo) e assicurano di aver acquisito i diritti alla pubblicazione delle eventuali riproduzioni fotografiche di testi e reperti coperti da copyright.
- Le lingue ammesse sono Italiano, Inglese, Tedesco, Francese e Spagnolo.
- Al ricevimento delle bozze di stampa, gli autori si impegnano a riconsegnarle corrette in formato elettronico entro 15 giorni. Non sono ammessi tagli, aggiunte e stravolgimenti in questa fase, ad eccezione di casi particolari, valutati di volta in volta dalla redazione.
- Gli autori hanno diritto a una copia digitale del proprio lavoro e uno sconto del 50% sull’acquisto della copia cartacea, come da liberatoria firmata.
Editorial procedure and rules
- Potential collaborators are invited to submit their articles for the attention of the Journal to the Director or the co-Director or both, for the review procedure (double blind procedure). For publication in the current year, authors are obliged to submit their manuscript within March 31. In particular cases, the Directors, in consultation with the Scientific Committee, can decide to accept submissions for the issue of the current year beyond the fixed deadline, so long as this does not affect the publication’s annual regularity.
- Once the reviewers opinions have arrived, those collaborators whose work has been judged suitable for publication will be invited to update their articles following the suggestions and corrections of the reviewers (without prejudice to their right to disagree with those suggestions they deem incorrect) and the editorial rules of the Journal, and to re-submit their text in final draft, for layout, in word format (preferably .doc) and in PDF, within 15 days.
- Should there be any photographic reproductions to insert into the text, every reproduction must be of good quality and must be included in an independent .tiff format file.
- Along with the text, the authors are invited to fill out and sign the release form, in which they declare that they have read and accepted the conditions reported therein (relative to the number of drafts, the copyright, and the policy of distribution of their article) and ensure that they have purchased the rights for the publication of any photographic reproductions of texts and items covered by copyright.
- Acceptable languages are Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
- Upon receipt of the prepublication draft, the authors will agree to return them, corrected, in electronic format within 15 days. No deletions, additions and large alterations are permitted in this phase, excepting particular cases, which will be evaluated by the editorial staff on a case-by-case basis.
- The authors have the right to a digital copy of their work and to a discount of 50% on the purchase of the physical copy, as per the signed release form.
